Job responsibility

Tx FM & SA Team Member to manage Tx Network Operation with complete understanding of different Tx technologies in Network and ensuring service assurance along with maintaining KPIs, Handling / motivating / supporting the Team, Ensuring smooth Operations 24*7.

Major responsibilities include:
- Ensuring 24*7 Monitoring all Tx NOC network elements.
- Ensuring TT’s getting assigned and resolved.
- Ensuring service assurance for restoring the affected customer circuits in time within agreed SLA
- Coordinating / supporting / escalating the critical / major issues to FO for resolving the same intime within agreed SLA
- Support to automation team for tool development
- Proactive approach for enhancing the network / customer uptime
- KPI Tracking and KPI improvement.
- Team Productivity monitoring and Skill enhancement support.
- 24* 7 team shift availability.
- Project Management & Collaboration

Team building and coordination with different team members for fault resolution within time as per agreed SLA

Skills
- Over 2+ years of experience in Tx & core domain.
- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge Tx core network elements, including SDH,OTN, DWDM, ASON & PTN
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
- Analytical skills
- Data Presentation
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Innovative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.
