At UCD, we build bespoke solid-wood furniture from client drawings. No catalogue. No collection. Every project starts with a conversation. We need someone who can lead that conversation.
What you'll do: Filter and qualify prospects, and schedule their meetings with our Founder
Track every lead from first meeting to conversion
Own and maintain lead records in our CRM
Who you are: A fresh graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design
Smart, bold, and comfortable talking to architects, designers, and homeowners
Organised enough to never let a lead slip
What you get: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on your interview
A written 2-year growth plan from day one
Direct exposure to the Founder and to real client projects
