Role Description The Factory Head (Ranjangaon, Pune) is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met.



The role includes planning and monitoring daily production, optimizing resources, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The Factory Head will manage cross-functional teams, drive adherence to regulatory and customer requirements, and collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, cost control, and operational excellence. This position is based in Ranjangaon, Pune. The role demands a hands-on approach on the shop floor, strong leadership, and the ability to align factory performance with business objectives.
