We’re hiring a Account Manager.
Remote | Full time | 1–3 years experience
This role sits at the centre of communication, approvals, posting, and internal coordination. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients while working closely with strategists, shoot coordinators, designers, and the performance team to keep work moving smoothly.
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one - but you should be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
You will also be involved in internal strategy discussions, giving you exposure to how creative and performance decisions are made across accounts.

Client Communication
You will manage day-to-day client communication primarily on Slack:
- Daily updates and follow-ups
- Tracking approvals and timelines
- Setting clear expectations with guidance from the team
- You will be responsible for multiple brands

Strategists and Assistant Directors/Shoot Coordinators step in for deeper discussions or larger calls, while you handle regular communication and keep conversations organised and professional.





Posting & Approvals
You will assist in and gradually take ownership of posting across accounts:
- Coordinate with Assistant Producers/Shoot Coordinators on final deliverables
- Share content with clients and track feedback
- Ensure nothing goes live without approval

You will also post client deliverables and stories.
Owning an iPhone is mandatory for this role.
Before posting, you will quality-check:
- Captions and copy accuracy
- Tags and platform formats
- Basic brand tone consistency

Attention to detail is a core part of the role.

Reporting
You will send reports to clients based on inputs from the performance and social teams:
- Organise information clearly
- Explain what has gone live
- Share key takeaways
- Communicate next steps

Deep analysis isn’t expected, but clarity in communication is.

Internal Workflow Management
You will coordinate internal workflows across designers and post-production
