Role Description

Khasak Films is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base and build long-term partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with brands and agencies, preparing client pitches, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the advertising and media industry, excellent communication and networking skills,



and the ability to work closely with the creative team to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Manage key client accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Meet business development and revenue targets.
- Represent Khasak Films professionally during client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Research industry trends, advertising opportunities, and potential markets.
- Travel as required for client meetings, shoots, business development activities, and events.
