Job Description:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and transporters for smooth order execution.
- Schedule vehicle loading, dispatch planning, and route coordination for effective transportation.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
- Maintain dispatch registers, logistics records, inventory movement, and MIS reports.
- Verify dispatched materials against customer orders and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packing, loading, and material handling.




- Resolve logistics and transportation issues to minimize delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory transport regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, transporters, and internal departments regarding dispatch schedules.
- Candidates with experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or transportation management will be preferred.
