Job Description:

- Install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain field instruments and control systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Maintain and service transmitters, pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, level instruments, and control valves.
- Troubleshoot DCS, PLC, SCADA, and other automation systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Carry out calibration and testing of instruments as per maintenance schedules and quality standards.
- Diagnose faults in control circuits, field devices, and instrumentation panels and perform necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and mechanical maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs,



and instrument history sheets accurately.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of instrumentation and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, calibration standards, and company maintenance procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Candidates with experience in steel plants, power plants, or heavy industrial process industries will be preferred.
