Job Description:

Position: Security Officer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate security activities at Vapi and Dadra plants facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Utilize security systems and technologies to monitor, Vapi plants premises for any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
- Implement and manage access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
- Regularly review and update access lists to align with organizational requirements.
- Develop and oversee emergency response plans,



conducting regular drills to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns related to processes, infrastructure, or personnel.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of security incidents, investigations, and activities.
- Prepare and submit reports to management regarding security performance and improvements.
