Job Description: Job Title: Mechanical Manager (Solvent Plant/Oil Plant) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee the mechanical operations and maintenance of our solvent plant/oil plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and protected operation of all mechanical equipment, managing maintenance activities, and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve plant reliability and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Operational:

- Manage and supervise the mechanical maintenance team, including technicians, engineers, and contractors.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and other plant machinery.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

- Collaborate with production teams to optimize plant operations, minimize downtime, and improve overall efficiency.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential equipment failures and implement preventive measures.

Maintenance Planning:

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, plans, and procedures.

- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities,



including routine maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.

- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Project Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical projects, including upgrades, modifications, and installations.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Technical:

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical equipment selection, installation, and operation.

- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and develop solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.

Administrative:

- Prepare and manage reports, including maintenance records, equipment histories, and performance metrics.

- Develop and implement procedures and standards for mechanical operations and maintenance.
