Job Summary:
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the organization.

This role involves coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with organizational goals, are completed on time, and meet quality standards.
The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines and resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress against established plans and revise as necessary.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints and quality standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the expectations of clients and address concerns proactively.
Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.




Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that deliverables meet specified quality standards.
Good team management skills
Experience in managing multiple projects and timelines.

Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills with a successful track record of delivering projects on time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills.
Valuable hold on MS office.

Preferred Qualification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Any experience or certification in Cyber Security or Information Security field is much preferred.
Experience in IT Industry.
Six Sigma Certification
Scrum Master Certification
