Job Description: A Front Desk/Receptionist for a solar installation company acts as the first point of contact, managing client inquiries, scheduling site assessments, supporting sales staff with quotes, and handling administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations. They often update company social media, manage client records, and coordinate communication between customers and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greeting clients, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing information on solar products/services.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Scheduling site assessments, installations, and service calls, while coordinating with installation crews.
- Administrative Support: Organizing files, updating records, creating spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
- Sales Support: Issuing quotes to walk-in customers and managing incoming leads from social media platforms.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between customers, sales staff,



and installation technicians to ensure timely project completion. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
