Job Description: About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial management, with the ability to ensure compliance and provide valuable financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting functions including finalization of accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Handle statutory compliance including Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.

- Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits, ensuring adherence to applicable laws.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management decision-making.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor cash flows, working capital,



and financial controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Provide advisory on tax planning, corporate finance, and cost optimization.

Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS), Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act provisions.

- Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
