Job Description:

Job Purpose:
The O&M; Site In-Charge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar power plants in Karnataka. The role ensures plant availability, reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations of solar PV plants to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor SCADA systems, energy yields, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

- Team Management:

- Supervise, train, and manage O&M; technicians and contractors.

- Allocate manpower efficiently and ensure adherence to safety standards.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews and on-site trainings.

- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in PV modules,



inverters, transformers, and electrical systems.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs.

- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical reports.

- Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and environmental standards.

- Implement safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture in office.

- Conduct periodic safety audits and risk assessments.

- Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Track plant performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Support management in performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
