Job Overview:
We are hiring a seasoned L&D; Head with strong expertise in the Indian Stock Market and a proven track record in client acquisition through training, webinars, and corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate must hold a valid NISM Trainer Certification and bring at least 5 years of experience leading training initiatives in the financial markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Stock Market Training & Content Delivery
• Conduct in-depth sessions on Indian stock markets, trading strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Create tailored training modules for diverse audiences – beginners, intermediates, and corporate professionals.
• Ensure all training materials align with NISM standards.
Webinar Hosting & Lead Conversion
• Regularly conduct high-quality webinars on stock market education and financial literacy.
• Use webinars strategically for lead generation and client conversion.
• Track attendance, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
Client Acquisition & Corporate Tie-Ups
• Identify and secure new clients via educational outreach and training-led marketing.




• Leverage existing corporate network to initiate L&D; partnerships with companies, colleges, and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through value-driven training programs.
Leadership & Strategic Planning
• Define and execute the overall L&D; roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to fuel growth through education-driven initiatives.
• Stay updated on SEBI regulations, market trends, and evolving industry demands.

Required Qualifications:
✅ NISM Certification – Must be eligible and certified to conduct training under NISM guidelines.
✅ Minimum 5 Years of experience in L&D; or training roles within the Indian financial market.
✅ Solid communication, public speaking, and engagement skills.
✅ Proficient in conducting webinars and virtual training (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc.).
✅ Active corporate network with ability to drive partnerships independently.

Preferred Skills:
• Background in stock broking, mutual funds, or investment advisory
• Content creation (PPTs, video modules, quizzes, etc.)
• B2B/B2C client acquisition experience
• Knowledge of SEBI, NSE/BSE processes, and market products (F&O;, equity, SIPs, etc.)
