Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead our commercial projects team. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of design and project delivery, from initial concept design at pitching stage through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design acumen, extensive technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills to guide our team to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design process for corporate projects, from initial concept development through construction administration.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop cutting-edge design solutions.
- Develop and present design proposals, including concept sketches, 3D models, and detailed drawings
- Ensure design solutions align with client objectives, budgetary constraints, and sustainability goals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and code analysis to inform design decisions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate architecture.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Review and approve construction documents,



specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Manage client relationships and participate in meetings and presentations to articulate design concepts and project progress.

Working Days: 5 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off).

Candidates Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in an architectural firm, preferably with exposure to commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is a must, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from concept through construction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Knowledge of detail space planning.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects and technical skills is required.

Qualifications

- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or other software.
- Knowledge of rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Revit) for presentation purposes.
- Understanding of BIM workflows.
