Job Description:

A reputed company engaged in manufacturing and supply of refractory and industrial products is hiring an NRM Supervisor to manage raw material handling, inventory coordination, and smooth operational flow within the plant. - Supervise receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials within the plant.
- Monitor raw material availability to ensure uninterrupted production activities.
- Coordinate material movement between stores, production, and operational departments.
- Maintain stock records, material reports, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper material segregation, labeling, and storage practices.




- Monitor manpower and daily operational activities related to raw material management.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams for material inspection and usage.
- Identify shortages, wastage, or discrepancies and report to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and material handling procedures.
- Support process improvements for productive material utilization and workflow.
- Candidates with manufacturing or industrial material handling experience preferred.
