- Must be computer savy and should know internet surfing and mailing.

Responsibilities:-

1. We are looking for dynamic & enthusiastic professional who is keen to learn human resource functions.
2. Major activities include sourcing candidates for various clients across India via job portals & social media channels.
3. Must be computer savy and should know internet surfing and mailing.
4. Maintaining & preparing candidate data in excel & ATS; and keeping their records.
5. Work with organization to develop a recruitment plan.
6. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
7. Drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various channels.
8. Interviewing candidates telephonically, personally & on VC.
9. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
11. Participate in other activities time to time and as and when needed.
12. Work in team & do coordination with team.
