Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Technician (Scotty) to join our automobile service team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining scotty and two-wheeler vehicles, while also guiding junior technicians and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance of scotty and other two-wheelers.

- Diagnose technical issues using manual and computerized diagnostic tools.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders and service reports.

- Guide and support junior technicians in daily operations and troubleshooting.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the workshop.

- Test ride vehicles post-service to ensure issues are resolved.





- Ensure adherence to company service standards and customer satisfaction goals.

- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers (if needed).

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or related technical field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a two-wheeler or scotty technician.

- In-depth knowledge of scotty engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.

- Ability to work independently and manage repair tasks efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
