The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating sales, managing existing accounts and building strong market presence. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Identify and onboard newretailers, supermarkets, cafés and food outlets. N Generate new leads and convert them into active customers. N Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N Manage existing customers and drive repeat orders. N Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage. N Increase SKU penetration and average order value. N Build robust relationshipswith retailers, QSR owners and purchase teams.
N Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at outlets. N Track competitor pricing, products, promotions and market trends. N Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. N Maintain daily sales, customer and market reports. NnCandidate Requirements: Nn Graduate in any discipline. N 1–3 years of relevant field-sales experience preferred. N Experience in FMCG, FrozenFood & Beverage, QSR or Retail is desirable N Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. N Target-oriented, proactiveand self-driven. N Good knowledge of the Ludhiana market preferred. N Comfortable with extensivefield work and customer visits. N Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting. N
