/n Accurate College of Pharmacy | Greater Noida

/n We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Director – Pharmacy to provide academic leadership, strengthen institutional standards, and drive the overall growth and development of our Pharmacy Department.
/n The ideal candidate will be a senior academician with robust experience in Pharmacy Education, Academic Administration, Research, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance , and preferably someone who has previously served as a Director/Head/ Dean of a Pharmacy Institution .
/n Key Responsibilities
/n • Provide strategic and academic leadership to the Pharmacy Department/Institution
/n • Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) norms, regulations and statutory requirements
/n • Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation and quality enhancement initiatives
/n • Develop and mentor faculty members and strengthen teaching-learning practices
/n • Drive research, publications, consultancy, patents and industry-academia collaborations
/n • Oversee student development, placements, internships and professional exposure
/n • Strengthen institutional processes for PCI, NAAC, NBA and other applicable statutory/accreditation requirements
/n • Manage academic administration, faculty recruitment, workload and performance
/n • Build collaborations with pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, research institutions and professional bodies
/n • Promote innovation, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary initiatives
/n • Represent the institution before regulatory, academic and professional bodies
/n • Contribute to institutional strategy,



expansion and long-term academic excellence

/n Eligibility & Qualification

/n Mandatory: /n • B. Pharm from a PCI-recognized institution

/n • M. Pharm in an appropriate branch/specialization of Pharmacy
/n • Ph.D. in an appropriate branch of Pharmacy
/n • Valid registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act
/n • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Teaching/Industry/Research
/n • Minimum 5 years of experience at the level of Professor or above , as applicable under PCI norms

/n • Candidate must fulfil the latest applicable PCI norms and regulatory requirements

/n Preferred: /n ⭐ Prior experience as Director / Principal / Head of Institution / Dean – Pharmacy

/n ⭐ Strong academic and administrative leadership experience
/n ⭐ Experience in PCI inspections, compliance and statutory documentation
/n ⭐ Experience with NAAC/NBA accreditation and institutional quality systems
/n ⭐ Strong research profile with publications, patents, funded projects or industry collaborations
/n ⭐ Proven faculty-development and student-development experience
/n ⭐ Strong network within the pharmaceutical education and industry ecosystem

/n Candidates who have previously served as Director/Head of a Pharmacy College or Institution will be given preference.
