Job Description Accurate College of Pharmacy | Greater Noida We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Director – Pharmacy to provide academic leadership, strengthen institutional standards, and drive the overall growth and development of our Pharmacy Department.

The ideal candidate will be a senior academician with strong experience in Pharmacy Education, Academic Administration, Research, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance , and preferably someone who has previously served as a Director/Head/ Dean of a Pharmacy Institution .

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership to the Pharmacy Department/Institution
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) norms, regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation and quality enhancement initiatives
- Develop and mentor faculty members and strengthen teaching-learning practices
- Drive research, publications, consultancy, patents and industry-academia collaborations
- Oversee student development, placements, internships and qualified exposure
- Strengthen institutional processes for PCI, NAAC, NBA and other applicable statutory/accreditation requirements
- Manage academic administration, faculty recruitment, workload and performance
- Build collaborations with pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, research institutions and professional bodies
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary initiatives
- Represent the institution before regulatory, academic and professional bodies
- Contribute to institutional strategy,



expansion and long-term academic excellence Eligibility & Qualification Mandatory:
- B. Pharm from a PCI-recognized institution
- M. Pharm in an appropriate branch/specialization of Pharmacy
- Ph.D. in an appropriate branch of Pharmacy
- Valid registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Teaching/Industry/Research
- Minimum 5 years of experience at the level of Professor or above , as applicable under PCI norms
- Candidate must fulfil the latest applicable PCI norms and regulatory requirements Preferred: ⭐ Prior experience as Director / Principal / Head of Institution / Dean – Pharmacy ⭐ Strong academic and administrative leadership experience ⭐ Experience in PCI inspections, compliance and statutory documentation ⭐ Experience with NAAC/NBA accreditation and institutional quality systems ⭐ Strong research profile with publications, patents, funded projects or industry collaborations ⭐ Proven faculty-development and student-development experience ⭐ Strong network within the pharmaceutical education and industry ecosystem Candidates who have previously served as Director/Head of a Pharmacy College or Institution will be given preference.
