n What we're looking for:
n n 2–5 years' experience in Business Development within advertising, marketing communications, or digital marketing
n Proven track record in acquiring new clients
n Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skills
n Strong networking and prospecting abilities
n Proficiency in English and Kannada
n Comfort using AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and research
n n Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives
n This role reports directly to [leadership/founder] with a clear path to a senior BD or leadership position as you build out the client base.
