Designation: Manufacturing Design Engineer
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Experience Range: 4 years+
Budget : up to 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sourcing, NPD, and Maintenance teams to ensure effective product realization.
- Review and optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and ease of assembly (DFA).
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering documentation, and technical records.
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Resolve manufacturing and design-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, and implementation of design changes.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Provide technical support to production teams and assist with customer or site-related engineering requirements when necessary.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or industrial equipment design industries.
