- Identify industries and regions for IT services outsourcing business. N
- Conduct market researchto identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs. N
- Actively seek new salesopportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. N
- Experience with AI tools/engines for lead generation. N




- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns. N
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services. N
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. N
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results. N

nRequirements:

- BE (IT), MCA, BBA, or MBA preferred. N
- Proven experience as a BDE, Sales Executive, or in Sales and Marketing. N
- Proficiency in English. N
- Familiarity with CRM tools for meeting, calling, and lead management. N
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. N
- Aptitude for deliveringattractive presentations. N
