n National STEM Education Foundation (NSEF) is a not-for-profit organization committed to transforming school education through experiential STEM learning. Working closely with Government Departments, CSR partners, and schools, NSEF designs and implements high-impact STEM programmes in government schools that equip students with future-ready skills.
n
n  Role Summary
n The Cluster Head will lead the implementation of STEM education programmes across 10–15 Government schools in Tiruvallur and Kancheepuram districts, Tamil Nadu . The role involves managing 10–15 STEM Trainers , ensuring programme quality and outcomes, managing school and Government stakeholders, and serving as the key interface with CSR partners. The role is based out of Tiruvallur / Sriperumbudur

n Key Responsibilities
n Programme Management
n n Lead STEM programme implementation across assigned schools.
n Ensure achievement of project milestones, learning outcomes and quality standards.
n Conduct regular school visits to monitor delivery and resolve operational issues.
n n Team Management
n n Recruit, onboard, train, mentor and manage STEM Trainers.
n Conduct weekly classroom observations, performance reviews and coaching.
n Build a motivated, collaborative and high-performing team.
n n Government & School Stakeholder Management
n n Build strong relationships with Headmasters, CEOs, District Education Officials and other Government stakeholders.




n Coordinate with school leadership to ensure smooth programme implementation.
n Represent NSEF in Government and partner review meetings.
n n CSR Partner Engagement
n n Serve as the primary interface with CSR donors and funding partners.
n Provide regular project updates, impact reports and presentations.
n Coordinate donor visits and showcase programme outcomes.
n n Monitoring & Reporting
n n Track programme performance against KPIs and project objectives.
n Prepare periodic reports for management and CSR partners.
n Maintain MIS, programme documentation and compliance records.
n n
n Desired Profile
n n Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Management or a related field.
n 4–6 years' experience managing NGO, CSR or Government programmes in school education.
n Proven experience managing field teams and multiple schools/projects.
n Valuable understanding of the Government school ecosystem in Tamil Nadu .
n Experience with CSR-funded education projects is an advantage.

n Good communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
n Fluency in spoken and written Tamil and English is essential.
