As we expand our distribution and retail network across India, we are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the assigned territory and drive business growth.

? Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive secondary sales and sell-out, not just primary billing.
- Develop and increase distributor productivity.
- Appoint new dealers and retailers and expand market coverage.
- Identify new towns, markets and business opportunities.
- Ensure DACS products are available across priority outlets.
- Track distributor/retailer stock and ensure healthy inventory rotation.
- Build solid relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, products and market activities.
- Ensure timely collections and control overdue outstanding.
- Drive product launches, schemes, visibility and retail execution.
- Manage and guide Sales Executives / Promoters, wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market feedback.
