nWeare looking for a passionate and creative Visual designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives and breathes visual design someone who can turn ideas into compelling, well crafted illustrations, animations & creatives. You don't need years of experience, but you do need a sharp eye, a strong grasp of color, and the drive to grow.

- Translate product and business requirements into compelling illustrations, animations, icons, and creative banners that align with both user needs and organisational goals. N
- Ideate and conceptualize design solutions from a user-first perspective,



ensuring every visual serves a clear purpose in terms of usability and communication. N
- Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, developers, business and other stakeholders to deeply understand project requirements and deliver creative, effective solutions. N
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality while meeting specified timelines. N

nMust Haves

- N
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Visual Design or related fields. N
- Demonstrated proficiency in illustration, iconography, creative banner design, and animation, backed by a strong portfolio of work. N
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Rive. N
- Ability to ideate and concept from a user perspective designing for communication and clarity, not just visual appeal. N
- Strong drawing skills with a
