NThe Role
nWe're hiring a Planning & Billing Engineer to be deployed full-time at our BPCL project site in Gujarat. This is a combined role for someone who can own both sides of project control;
tracking progress and schedules on the planning side, and translating that progress into accurate, timely billing on the commercial side. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our execution team at site, not remotely.
NWhat You'll Do

- Prepare and update project schedules, track progress against milestones, and flag slippages (Planning) N
- Prepare and manage project bills, BOQs, and rate analysis for ongoing and completed works (Billing) N




- Coordinate with site execution teams to collect measurement and progress data, and reconcile quantities against drawings and work orders N
- Tie schedule progress directly to milestone billing, ensuring bills reflect actual site progress N
- Review contract terms, support quantity surveying and cost control N
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure timely submission of client and contractor bills N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- Solid hands-on experience in both project planning/scheduling (Primavera/MS Project or equivalent) and billing/BOQ preparation;
this is a dual-skill role, not planning OR billing N
- Strong Quantity Surveying and rate analysis skills N
- Prior experience in oil& gas / pipeline / refinery EPC projects preferred N
- Willingness to relocateand work full-time at the Gujarat project site N
