- Own the end to end technical relationship for a portfolio is largest and most N
- strategic merchants, often at C level or VP level engineering stakeholders. N
- Lead complex, multi-phase integration and optimization initiatives, including custom N
- implementations, platform migrations, and large scale upsell or cross sell efforts. N
- Serve as the executive level technical escalation point, resolving high stakes, high N
- visibility technical issues under time pressure. N
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts by deeply N
- understanding merchant architecture, roadmap, and business goals. N
- Partner with Product and R&D; leadership to influence roadmap based on strategic N
- merchant needs, and represent the voice of our biggest customers internally. N
- Build scalable frameworks, tooling,



and best practices that can be applied across the N
- broader TAM organization, not just individual accounts. N
- Own quantifiable outcomes tied to strategic account health: reduced time to value, N
- expansion revenue enabled, escalation reduction, and merchant retention. N

nQualifications

- N
- 3 or more years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer or N
- Solutions Architect roles, with direct experience supporting large, complex enterprise N
- customers.n
- Track record of owning strategic, high-revenue enterprise relationships end to end, N
- including navigating executive stakeholders on both the merchant and internal side. N
- Deep technical background, including hands on experience with SQL, API integrations, N
- log analysis, and reading source code at a level that allows independent technical N
- investigation without heavy engineering support. N
