- Manage and oversee financial operations at the Head Office level N
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports N
- Support variance analysis processes N
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies N
- Handle and coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit closure N
- Drive audit readiness and address audit observations effectively N
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures N
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives through financial insights N
- Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting N
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable,



and general ledger activities N
- Drive process improvements and automation in finance functions N

nProfile/Competencies:

- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification N
- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting N
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance N
- Mandatory experience inSAP (FICO module preferred) N
- Prior experience in handling audits and working with auditors is essential N
- Proficiency in MS Exceland financial analysis tools N
