About the Role
Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to lead and manage a B2C/Telesales team. The role involves driving sales performance, managing a large team, achieving business targets, and ensuring operational and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a B2C/Telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team and individual performance against key sales KPIs.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders and sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of customer and team-related issues.




- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and overall business performance.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, preferably managing large teams.
- Strong experience in hardcore sales and target-driven environments.
- Experience in Outbound Sales / Inside Sales is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a 6-day working workplace with 1 rotational off.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred
