About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and sales-oriented Director – Business Development & Sales to lead business development and client acquisition initiatives across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in business development, sales, client acquisition, and senior-level relationship management, along with an established network among real estate developers, hotel owners, investors, promoters, and key decision-makers.
This is an ownership-driven role for a professional who can independently identify opportunities, open new accounts, develop markets, build senior relationships, and consistently convert prospects into business mandates.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Independently generate leads,



acquire new client mandates, and convert opportunities into business.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong deal pipeline to achieve defined business targets.
- Conduct regular market mapping to identify real estate developers, hotel owners, investors, promoters, and potential clients.
- Leverage and expand an existing network of senior decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new developers, hotel owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of the regional real estate, hospitality, and investment landscape.
- Track upcoming hotels, resorts, branded residences, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Identify emerging markets, projects, and potential sales opportunities before they formally enter the market.
