THE ROLE

We're looking for a Client Partner who doesn't just sell;
they build. This is a senior, quota-carrying role focused on growing strategic enterprise accounts through a structured, trusted-advisor model. You'll own the full client lifecycle: from landing a high-value beachhead to expanding across functions, business units, and geographies until Saxon.Ai is embedded as the client's preferred AI partner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of 5 named enterprise accounts with a mandate to grow them 3–5x over 24 months
- Build and manage C-suite relationships across Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and HR — not just single-threaded contacts.
- Execute structured quarterly account plans: white-space analysis, relationship health scoring,



and a 12-month expansion road map
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews anchored to client KPIs, ROI delivery, and next expansion priorities
- Drive multi-year strategic agreements, cross-functional expansion deals, and preferred vendor positioning
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to deliver and document client value
- Carry and exceed NRR ≥130%, gross retention ≥95%, and expansion pipeline ≥3x annual quota

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required
- 8+ years in enterprise technology sales or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of growing large accounts through structured expansion.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder C-suite relationships across complex organisations.
- Commercial fluency: NRR, ARR expansion, TCV growth, multi-year deal struct
- Background in selling AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or data analytics solu
