Job DescriptionJob Scope:
NThe position will be responsible for Government account management and will build an effective relationship with clients and maximize sales prospects inside them.
NLocation - Mumbai and Delhi
NJob Responsibilities

- Actively managing list of Government Accounts portfolio N
- Identifying and cultivating recent clients and engaging for various stages of sales and to meet monthly sales objectives. N
- To maximize share of wallet, provide high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell possibilities within existing consumers. N
- Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up coordination N
- Weekly and monthly KPIsare being met and exceeded. N
- Analysis of Key Government Accounts and a reach strategy. N
- Market trends are beingtracked, and frequent competitor input is being provided. N
- Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc) N
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time. N
- Participation in Risk assessment process,



contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle. N

- Industry Knowledge: A minimum of 10- 15 years of experience of which 5 Years in Direct government business engagement. N
- Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement. N
- Change Management: Evidence of successful experience helping others manage change in their organizations. N
- A strong aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills N
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment N
