Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Senior Associate – Architecture to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have 15 - 20 years of professional experience, with strong exposure to large-scale mixed-use and retail projects and prior experience working with reputed architectural/design firms.
The candidate will be responsible for providing architectural leadership, managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects from design development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale mixed-use and retail architectural projects from concept through project delivery.
- Demonstrate robust hands-on experience in large-scale projects, preferably with reputed architectural/design firms.




- Provide architectural direction, design leadership, and technical guidance to project teams.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Drive effective stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project-related matters.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal project teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and maintain project objectives.
- Review and oversee design development, drawings, documentation, and project deliverables.
- Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, BIM, and other project disciplines.
- Identify project risks, resolve design and coordination challenges, and provide practical solutions.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines
