NKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. N
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. N
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes. N
- Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and project accounting for construction and real estate projects. N
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund utilization, and working capital requirements. N
- Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. N
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements. N




- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. N
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. N
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. N
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall financial health of projects and business units. N
- Support business leadership with feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project finance assessments. N
- Lead and mentor financeteam members while driving process improvements and automation initiatives. N

- Robust exposure to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and Financial Reporting. N
