We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate - Regional HRES Advisor to provide day-to-day support and strategic advice to stakeholders across the entire employee life cycle, including but not limited to compensation processes, employee relations, performance evaluation, talent management and diversity & inclusion initiatives. The job holder will also support Firm-wide processes such as year-end compensation review, promotions and engagement survey. This is achieved through a high degree of collaboration within the respective BU clients and HR Business Partner team as well as solid partnership with other Human Resources product areas such as Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Employee Relations, etc.

What you'll do in the role:
- Actively collaborate within the Human Resources organization and directly with business stakeholders to support HR deliverables.
- Provide support and counsel across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination, including and not limited to employee relations issues, performance evaluation, talent management, compensation processes, and promotion reviews.
- Partner with Employee Relations and Employment Legal on the resolution of employee relations matters and performance management
