The Role
This is not a desk-bound sales role.
The Sales Executive (Field Sales) at Ooms India is a business-critical position responsible for driving business growth across new and existing markets, one relationship at a time. You'll work closely with contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, and government agencies to turn conversations into orders and orders into long-term partnerships. If your idea of sales is sitting behind a screen chasing leads, this role will stretch you. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting people, and closing deals face-to-face, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do
Market Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements





Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain solid relationships with contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, government agencies, and distributors
- Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits

Sales Execution
- Promote Ooms' range of modified bitumen and allied products to customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate order execution
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and maintain accurate sales reports

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Brand Representation
- Represent Ooms at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

What Success Looks Like
- New markets are opened, not just maintained
- Customers see Ooms as a long-term partner, not a vendor
- Orders move smoothly from quotation to delivery
