Role Description The Behaviour Therapist will provide direct, one-on-one and small-group interventions to children with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges, using structured, evidence-based techniques. Daily responsibilities include assessing behavior, developing individualized behavior plans, implementing interventions,



and tracking progress through detailed notes and data collection. The role involves regular communication with parents and caregivers, offering guidance on behavior strategies at home and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support consistency across settings. The Behaviour Therapist will also participate in case discussions, review sessions, and ongoing training to maintain high-quality practice.
