Role: Team Leader – Vessel Scheduling

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead vessel scheduling operations supporting a global liner network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and allocate daily vessel scheduling activities across the team
- Manage vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations and schedule actualization
- Monitor ETB/ETD updates, cut-off amendments, berth schedules, omitted ports and blank sailings
- Ensure schedule accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity and quality
- Oversee vessel, port, terminal, berth and service-string master data
- Handle schedule discrepancies, system issues and operational escalations
- Coordinate with global Network & Execution, Network & Cooperation, Cargo Operations and Trade Management teams
- Drive SOP governance, process improvement and automation initiatives
- Coach, mentor and develop team members




- Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports

Candidate Profile:
- 6–10 years of experience in container shipping, vessel scheduling, network operations or maritime logistics
- Minimum 2 years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of liner network, mainline, feeder and port operations
- Hands-on experience in vessel schedule maintenance and voyage management
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and Power Query
- Experience with FIS/FIS3, Power BI
