About UsThe Unique Story is a premium residential interior design studio creating bespoke homes across Bengaluru. We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who can generate new business through direct client acquisition, builder and vendor relationships, site visits, and local networking.

Role OverviewThis is not a digital marketing role. We are looking for a hard-core field sales skilled who enjoys meeting people, travelling across Bengaluru, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into interior design projects.
Your primary responsibility is to bring business to the company by developing strong networks with builders, apartment communities, architects, contractors, vendors,



channel partners, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through daily field visits across apartment projects, villa communities, and residential developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, property managers, and interior-related vendors.
- Identify apartment handovers and upcoming residential projects and connect with prospective homeowners.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and represent The Unique Story professionally at project locations.
- Develop partnerships with apartment associations, RWAs, brokers, and channel partners to generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the design team to schedule client consultations and ensure smooth follow-up until project closure.
