- Handle inbound customercalls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.

- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.

- Update customer interactions and details in the system.
N
- Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
N
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
NRequired Experience & Skills:
N
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
N
- Excellent English communication skills required.
N
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
