ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to business, customer management and revenue-oriented functions.
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions
- Interacting with customers and building strong customer relationships
- Supporting business and revenue growth initiatives
- Working towards defined performance goals
- Following up with customers and maintaining strong engagement
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Developing business development and customer management skills
