Job Summary:
As an Aviation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering consulting engagements for airline clients across strategy, operations, commercial performance, and digital transformation initiatives. Your typical day will involve working closely with airline stakeholders, analyzing operational and commercial data,



and developing data-driven solutions to enhance airline efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end consulting engagements across airline strategy, operations, commercial performance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Support projects related to network planning, route profitability, fleet strategy, airline turnaround programs, and cost optimization.
Analyze airline operational performance across flight operations, ground operations, OCC, crew management, and maintenance interfaces.
Develop data-driven recommendations using structured problem-solving methodologies and airline industry best practices.
Support airlines in their digital transformation journeys, including modernization of airline IT and operational ecosystems.
Work on initiatives involving Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), and Airline Operations Systems
