- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student-specific requirements.
- Provide individualized and small-group support to enhance academic, behavioral, and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers to design inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated learning approaches.
- Recommend accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies to support student learning.
- Track, monitor, and document student progress through regular assessments and observations.
- Partner with parents, counselors, and school staff to ensure holistic support for students.
- Support the creation of an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning workplace.
- Conduct awareness sessions and provide guidance to teachers on special education needs and inclusive practices.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student interventions and progress.

Qualification : Engineering/Science/Maths background with Vocational training (CBSE Kaushal Bodh) preferred. CLS certification done on DT
Experience : At least 3-5 years in a progressive and inclusive school
