Role Overview

We are specifically looking for an experienced Freelance Media Buyer with proven expertise in scaling webinar, masterclass, and lead-generation funnels for EdTech, coaching, creator-led, info-product, or digital education businesses.

We run high-volume performance campaigns for live webinars, paid Numerology Reports, consultations, courses, and offline events, with an overall monthly advertising spend of approximately ₹50 lakhs.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete webinar funnel and optimize campaigns for lead quality, attendance, conversions, CAC, revenue, and ROAS — not just low CPL.

This is NOT an e-commerce/D2C media buying role. Candidates with primarily e-commerce experience and no substantial webinar/masterclass funnel experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage acquisition campaigns for webinars, masterclasses, consultations, paid reports, courses,



and offline events.
- Optimize the complete funnel — from ad click and registration to lead quality, attendance, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
- Continuously test creatives, hooks, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve funnel economics.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and the sales team to improve campaign performance.
- Share regular performance reports, insights, and scaling recommendations.

Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing / Media Buying experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience managing and scaling webinar or masterclass funnels.
Experience working with EdTech, coaching, creator-led, info-product, or digital education businesses.
Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of GA4, GTM,
