We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Accounting & Compliance with strong expertise in accounting, financial processes, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business and finance requirements into transparent functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. The role involves close collaboration with finance, accounting, compliance, business, and technology teams to support system implementations, process improvements, UAT, and compliance-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document accounting, financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, compliance,



and technology stakeholders to understand business processes and identify gaps.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and automation across finance and accounting functions.
- Support ERP and financial system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Prepare detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, process documentation, business rules, and impact assessments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating business functionality, and coordinating defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the solution design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation lifecycle.
- Support regulatory and compliance initiatives by ensuring business and system requirements align with applicable financial standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
