Customer Support Associate
Location: Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site · 6 days/week, rotational (including weekends)

What you'll do

Customer Support
- Answer pre-sales questions and help customers choose the right product.
- Resolve post-sales queries related to orders, installations, troubleshooting, and product usage.

Multi-channel Support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat.




- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved on time.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and consistent support experience.

CRM & Documentation
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM accurately.
- Track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve products and processes.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Share customer feedback that helps improve the overall customer experience.

What you'll need
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence handling customer conversations over calls, email, and chat.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
