Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts cum Office Assistant who will be responsible for handling basic accounting activities along with day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day basic accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports and other accounting records.
Support bank reconciliation and follow up on pending payments/documents.
Assist the accounts team during month-end activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
Perform any other accounts or administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Good English communication and speaking skills.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or office administration.
Candidates with knowledge of accounting software/ERP will be preferred.
