The firm manages the Ekamya Pragati Fund, a Category I AIF (SME) registered with SEBI (IN/AIF1/24-25/1768), and offers tailored solutions supporting companies from early-stage growth through IPO and beyond.

We are now launching a new Category II AIF, and this role will lead it from the ground up.

The Role

The Fund Manager will own the fund end-to-end: investment strategy, evaluation, execution, and portfolio performance. This is a founding-team position on a fund being built from scratch, so the mandate spans origination through exit and involves building systems as you go.

Magnum Global Park, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana. This is an in-person role. We expect the person to be in the office on all working days. We have a strong preference for candidates residing close to our office location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Sourcing and Investment Evaluation
- Build and manage a proprietary deal pipeline across the fund's target sectors and stages through direct origination, intermediary networks, and founder and promoter relationships
- Screen inbound and sourced opportunities against the fund's investment thesis, sector focus, and return hurdles
- Prepare first-cut evaluation notes and recommend which opportunities proceed to full diligence

2. Financial Modelling and Valuation
- Build and stress-test financial models covering unit economics, cash flow, and return waterfalls
